Walmart Optical Complaint

Went to order glasses from the optical shop for my wife. I asked the woman helping us for the distance between my wife's eyes. She became rude raising her voice and saying she cant do that. She has been an optical tech for 5 years. She leaned over the desk and gave us a very strange stare back. The week before, I purchased a pair of glasses from walmart and was given the distance between my eyes. The employee was very nice.
